HI after some advise new build flats (42) 3 incoming pme supplies . vandles have broke into 3 plant rooms and stole the earth cable .does anyone know if scottish power will charge for the incoming earth cable that has been hacked of just below floor level in the duct .am not an electrician...

Thanks Tony, Was thinking about getting them out, cost of parts plus labour big bucks. If they will fix multiple faults for fixed cost makes sense. if you could guess at it would you say the noise would be a blocked plate or a weary fan. thanks mark

Hi, Was hoping for some advice on a baxi 133he plus. 1.pressure vessel has failed 2. there is a leak from the back of the plate to plate or may be diverter. 3. only fires up for h/w not c/h 4.when water is on makes a loud noise not sure if its the fan or a blocked plate to plate...
