I would agree with jj4091. I would doubt if there would be room under the hob. Most fridges just sqeeze under a standard height worktop especially integrated appliances. It would be no fun to have a chunk cut out of your worktop only to find there is insufficient space below.

Have you looked in pipework from base of drum to the pump. There might be a piece of clothing such as a sock that has got in between the outer and inner drum and has lodged either in the pipework or where the water leaves the drum.
