AAAHHH Its the neighbours again!!
You must have similar neighbours to us.....we live in a 200k+ house in a otherwise quiet residential area. The neighbours (mother and daughter) both live on beneftis....their house and gardens are an eyesore.....there's absolutely no talking/reasoning with them. Loft roof insulation
My hose didn't have insulation between the joists (insulation was attached to the underside of the roof) this qualified me for one of those energy efficiency grant schemes. I tcost me £220 for roof and cavity insulation :P The insulation depth is about 10", which apparently is the...- Stupidmia

budget tyres
You can find reviews of tyres on the internet by searching for the name/model. I think it's worth doing....I read in a Which magazine an article about tyres and thet slated some of the budget tyres (handling, fuel economy, wear)....so it may be a false economy. There is more to tyre...- Stupidmia

Fence problems with neighbours
This one is from the side showing their back extension and beautiful oil tank etc. Looking down the RHS of the posts and following up to the chimney stack at the top....this stack is exactly half and half between our identical properties (extension aside).
