    Artificial grass will look far better than grit. We have done quite a few rubber roofs with A/G on, we used Firestones silicone on the edges, leave spaces for water drainage.

    How wide is the opening. If its an arch, it would look a bit naff with a lintel fitted, ie the head of frame. Rake out those two loose joints, pack in some sand/cement, and hammer in some slate packers to tighten it back up, re-point.

    They must have used the wrong trims, they come with the foam strip fixed. If the gap isn't to big use black gutter sealant.

    If you mean the kerb/upstands, you add them after the roof has beed laid.

    The tile needs re-seating so it lies tight. The bottom part of lead doesn't seem to cover the top of the tile enough.

    Theres to much water holding there, plus not enough space to work in. Do you have enough height to do away with the gutter that side, raise the roof level all along the edge of the roof light, ie form some boxing and finish the top in lead. Disconnect the soil pipe to fit a new pipe seal...

    Fix some gutter on the shed, or move it, the rain water is probably soaking the wall.

    It could be that you have dot and dab plasterboard on the wall, and damp is transmitting from outer wall, ( if the walls are solid construction ) .

    Cut all the joint out, fit lead flashing, then re-point in sand/cement. The joints to large for sealants.

    That's Artex over paper, you will be better of, re-boarding or over boarding.

    Are you using rubber, ? Fit facia board level, then glue the rubber up and over, fit the trim. Should all look level from below.

    Go for a separate mix ie, bag of cement and sand, plastering sand is a bit more grittier and doesn't crumble up so easy as soft building sand. Mix about 4 sand to 1 cement.
