    It looks like the bottom section of felt has rotted, ( unseen from inside ) it would need some gutter refurbishment trays fitted. Will involve lifting the 1st row or 2 of tiles, slide the eaves/gutter tray under existing felt, with the tray lapping into the gutter.

    What is the existing covering. ? Normally you would have a pipe collar fitted over the pipe, then if its a felt roof, torch on felt to seal it. epdm do there own collars, witch are glued, and form flashed.

    You could try drying it out, then run a silicone bead along the joint between brick and steel.

    flat roof leaking

    Sealants or tape is no good. The joint between both roofs should have been done with EPDM cut of mastic, with a termination bar fitted directly along the joint.

    Top Up resin in fibraglass roof gutter

    You will need to rough up the top coat, use a wire cup brush in a small angle grinder. Build up to required levels with resin and matting. Apply new top coat.

    The guys are correct, regarding concrete boot lintel. In the 60s/70s a lot of concrete boot lintels were incorrectly fitted on suitable bearings, causing the lintel to rotate, the supported outer wall then dropped slightly and cracked. There is a company in Kent the stabilise the problem...

    Bubbled new roof - what to do

    The roof is a mess, you cant lay epdm below 5% the glues wont go of. The only chance they could have had was by using contact. At least it will be water proof, hold the roof covering money back until warmer weather, then get a new piece of rubber properly glued down. You might also need...
