    Yes, make sure you use barrier pipe and sleeves on all joints and use copper where pipework will be seen.

    And where have they placed the room thermostat. They should have cleaned the system to some degree at the very least. Also the benchmark should be completed fully.

    As I said 150 is a recommended height, not because of tile height but not to cause strain on appliance leads being to close to worktop surfaces.

    Make up your mind, you are always warning folks about unscruplous installers, who only want to replace boilers that they evidently can not repair, and now you are saying that any boiler over 4 years old is not worth the effort. Of course the boiler has to be in good running order and spares...
