    I have an unending problem with painted bathroom surfaces (shelves, ledges) where I place shampoos, shower gels and so on. As far as bottles of Dettol and the like are concerned, I've just had to resort to keeping them on the floor. Standard gloss and one-coat paints scarcely last a few months...
