Hi folks, Just a quick question.... Whats the easiest way to mortar a lead valley with plain tiles? Its only a 12ft valley, Low level. I know cat ladders can be used for ridges but the valley is a right ball ache.

I didn't see the whole programme in full, But the trim around the outside of the flat roof looked very similar to an EPDM Rubber Roof.

Mostly because if the felt roof was leaking you'd need to inspect the decking under the felt to check if its rotten. No point in re-felting over old rotten decking/timber joists.

It may work, But I'm pretty sure you'd need 100mm Kingspan/Celotex. Dont quote me on that though. Regarding the OSB Boarding, Once again, I think that'd be fine, However your going to have to fix them down over the insulation and into the concrete. You may be able to get special fixings??

Just like Roofline said, Pretty simple if you know what your doing. Are you going to have a go yourself? My advice is to get qualified fitters if your unsure, Because the 4 corners are going to a ''WEAK'' spot, Unless flashed correctly.
