There aint much to service.just a spindle and a packing gland. If you undo the larger nut you will see what is in this picture. You can undo the small gland nut,wrap a bit of ptfe around spindle and tighten nut. Or spend £4 and relace both..you can leave the existing nuts and olives and just...

You can service them by taking apart but will need to empty both tanks. Why not spray the spindle and around the gland nut with WD40 and leave for a while to see what happens. Don't force them or the spindle will snap :cry:

Turn off water supply and open tap to run off excess. Undo nut on tap,cut pipe and fit one of these push fit flexis...simple

I have fitted lots & lots & lots more microbore systems and yes it will work though you might be best to take 22mm to the first tee and then 15mm for the final two rads. Or just do it as is and it will work .

I have used compression fittings on iron pipe on many occasions but it depends on the size you have. 22mm might do the trick :?:

Just remember the vent needs to rise all the way and the cold feed would like to fall all the way.
