    us timed served proper Plumbers were taught that the hot tap was furthest away from being able to reach it to stop children turning on and scalding etc.

    diaphram

    Two screws on front boiler casing,2 screws on control panel,2 forks on pipes,2 bolts holding actuator to diverter valve and 8 screws holding actuator together........just done one that took 20 mins + £6 for diaphragm + £594 labour :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: I wish

    Overflow Pipe in Cold Water Tank Leaking

    I am still confused but why don't you turn off the stop tap,drain tank and either fit new tank connector or tighten the leaking one ?

    I have FOUR outside taps and none of my pipe is lagged :shock: I just turn off the internal stop tap in the cold weather and open the taps :wink: Mind you i am not in the cold Nooooorth :)
