hi peoples, My bungelow windows were painted in sadolin 3/4 years ago.Want repaint with sadolin cuz bottom beading and sills have flaked back to bare wood.Do i sand well then two coats of sadolin........thanx

hi peeps, gunna put lining paper over dark blue vinyl emulsioned walls. the walls are solid and in good condition. do i just lightly sand then line or do i need to size as well.........
