Maybe I am old fashioned but I was 22 and married when I had my first son - I was old by some standards in the military hospital he was born in too! We have never expected anyone else except us to keep our kids either - that's the difference here. The poor girl's own mother has umpteen...

Personally I think the judge made the right decision. He should also be banned from driving for the rest of his life. I take it that no one who thinks he shouldn't have gone down have ever had to suffer the consequences of anothers stupid driving errors? Thing is, this wasn't his first...

Nice letter they received from the MOD then! There was a whole village near Port Talbot in Wales forcibly moved to make way for the M4 as well. The church remains there as a sad landmark :(

Unfortunately there wasn't the full story there but the guy was cleared. Thing is, the guy could well have been 'helping' terminally ill patients out of their misery. I for one wouldn't blame him for that. I have watched too many of my much loved family and friends die in agony :cry:
