That's a shoddy fill loop setup. If the pressure loss is from there then 2 check valves are required, both with taps. However, if the pressure was on 0 and depending how long it takes the pressure to drop to 0 again I'd be looking elsewhere for a system leak.

You could try to nip it up, if still leaky get a standard Avon fibre washer size 18.6x13.5x1.5. Manuf part number is 87161156800. Some come in a pack of 10.

Like I said just continue with it, it will settle. I see these 2-3 times a week and just looking at them throws f22 and f25.

You're not missing anything. F25 on this boiler is very common and a pain. It's so sensitive to and flow/return temp or restriction issues it's a nightmare. Did you drain to replace the pump? Pump valves open ok? I'd suggest running it and resetting the f25 as long as you can, it should settle...

It's an unvented hot water store. Turn off mains and run off cold or hot water from the bathroom you want to maintain, no need to add an extra isolation valves.

There is no need to isolate each pipe on a megaflow system.

Your plan is to conceal fittings and isolation valves? Why? Dependant on what system you have you can isolate without the need for extra work. Why make it harder?
