Sounds like they fitted a drip trim rather than a upstand trim,however where does all the water go if there is no gutter?,as long as the water can escape off the roof this is a simple repair,get them to remove drip trim and install upstand trim and fibreglass.

Just make sure who ever does it has had experience and not just gone over to doing fibreglass roofing,lately seen quite a few bad jobs by people who have just started doing it

Simples I think on the contract you put down when you want paying the customer signs your covered,so on day of completion no excuses from customer,it's really down to trust hopefully if they have employed you they. Must have trusted you in the first place.

Looked at the idea,however a typical fee is 2.5% so on larger amounts it gets expensive!so you will have to decide wether to increase your prices by that amount or like some people charge the customer for using that service by telling them the choices of payment.
