Solenoid for RDB's should be 100 ohms (plus or minus 5 per cent). Your resistance reading might be fine when boiler is cold but sometimes the solenoid goes open circuit when heated, ie. during a heating cycle. I have found solenoids failing as quickly as 2 minutes into a heating cycle...

Hi. How often are you repressurising? Are there any obvious signs of a leak in boiler and/ or on your rads/ pipe work? If not then check that your expansion vessel has not lost its charge. If it has then it will have to be repressurised and/or replaced.

Hey OP how many boilers have you got. You appear to have also "worked" on a Vokera Linea and a Potty Profile 50? Unless of course you live in a large property/have a second home/swimming pool etc?

Alex could you run through how you recharged the expansion vessel?

Is water discharging from the prv discharge pipe outside?

Have you tried disconnecting filling loop? If after disconnecting the pressure still rises then might be a holed plate heat exchanger
