Siren replacement during a maintenance visit approx £75?? Gotta be worth having new imo. 16 year old siren that has tamper switches exposed to extreme weather just not worth the gamble.

After 16 years best to change the siren to keep an up to date modern appearance.

In my opinion Pyronix is the best system. Hundreds of threads on this forum alone and any questions normally get answered so there should be no need for their technical support.

Not a stupid question at all. Why Pyronix have so many different versions of the Deltabell I don’t know. Then you have to assemble it as a kit o_O

I think it is a known fault from about 2 years ago that if you change the batteries the siren becomes faulty. Hope not been I’ve certainly read about it before.

You might need the manager or engineer code to clear this.

Galaxy 16 is prehistoric time to replace with a Pyronix Euro 46 v10 with app.

Hik-Connect and ProControl+ seem to be almost the same app imo.

Check the log on the log on the Dvr to see if the intrusion detection is activating. I think the log is in the Maintenance menu.

I think the first time you power the Dvr you will need to setup a admin password and that can only be done using a monitor connected directly to the Dvr. Once the password is connected and you know the local IP address of the Dvr then the settings can be changed easily via a laptop or desktop pc...
