No we just clean out down to the bear conc wire brush and blowtorch the lot so it’s clean and bone dry and then contact.

Even the Ali liners don’t work cause they never go up the roof, it just lines the gutter. We simply use rubber, tiles off and a metre up the roof, never had a callback, ever!

We use freeflow on a daily basis. The seals are like a pink neoprene silicone rather than black rubber. We use fix all in the joints too so we never have to go back….ever.

As catlad said the sheets have possibly slipped. An easy way to check this is to simply lift the lead at the top and see.
