Why not range rate it down... tells you how to reduce the CH rate if there is a small load on the system in the Manf instructions using POT A on the PCB. If its 30kw firing at full power with 4 rads it will get up to heat super fast! Make sure the rad valves are open for max flow through...

or if you really want to save the pounds then.... PTFE tape on the threads of the sensor and screw it back in... not pretty but it works!

In the wiring centre 2 is a neutral 4 is the switched live from the prog going to the common on the room stat 5 is the switched live from the room stat to the mid pos valve. R/S W/C 2 > 4 3 > 5 depending on the room stat you may also need to link up the neutral wire

You are almost correct Tony!! According to the Manf inst there is a pot for ignition BP... number 4 though!! :-D Pot 3 is for the CH range rating. According to the MI's pot 4 is factory set and it does not actually give a valve to set it to?? After reading the MI's I would be checking...

Blow off the pressure and get a foot pump onto the expansion vessle. should be 0.75 - 1 bar. After this check that the PRV is not passing. Maybe you still have a little leak some place that is evaporating with the heat??

I would say this might be slightly undersized, you would be better to future proof it and fit an 18 - 20kw model then if you upgrade rads or add extra it will still be ok.
