    If you have some samples or offcuts, try them and see what finish you like best. have a look at the teak oil spec see if it can be used and is water resistant or not and do a sample see if you like it.

    They could say it was done after its been fitted, but worth a try. if you need to fill it, colourfill is better and if you can get a worktop reference you can get a colour match to it.

    Sorry I can't really see what is going on. But if in doubt do it anyway maybe the way to go I would put a Plastic sheet under the bath running up the walls sealed to the walls. cross Batton or frame under the bath legs to distribute the weight.

    Ha or someone moves the pipes to somewhere else instead of under there and doesn't mark them. Or marks the whole width when you could get a fixing down the side of them. Then you have to list them anyway to find out where or if you can fix.

    Why not glue a strip on the door if it's a solid door. On the catch side (clapping side), plane it down once it's set you can cut the catch back in
