The FX20 flex panel will most likely meet your needs. But, unless you want the touch screen keypad, then a G2-12 will have all the features you need. At £30 for the G2-12 panel, quite a difference in price too.

When my Premier test panel was doing the same, it had actually picked up a DHCP address from the router. I had to disconnect the LAN cable to the panel and reboot, then plug the LAN cable back in after the COM-IP had picked up the panel menu address.

That's normally how it works. I can test this on a Flex 1 later on for you just to ensure that the functionality hasn't changed. There was another poster on this forum who had issues with the default address settings that the portal used and this then required an address change.
