    Rusty enamel bath tub (pictures)

the back end of it was literally crumbling upon touch. Customer had a few personal items shelved at the rear which is why I cant show you the tub as a whole. There is an option available through a specialist to have the whole thing resurfaced and it sets you back £400 or so, but this chap was...

    Rusty enamel bath tub (pictures)

 An attempt to repair a few months back, was by painting over the rusty spots with enamel paint!! The rust spreads to the rear end of the tub and isn't a pleasant sight tbh.

Hot water tap on bath not working

quality pics  A good start would be to check washers which can be achieved by removing the top cap on the hot water tap. You will find a screw inside which then needs to be unscrewed. Once accomplished you should be able to access the washer and replace it like for like.

    Bathroom Extractor Fan Problems

these blimmin bathroom fans always have the tendency to give way. I had a call out a few weeks back where a customer required a replacement fan for one that wasn't working. Easy question...

No worries, best of luck and be careful!!! Good luck with finding an exact replacement. Remember, if you have difficulties with the waste pipe etc, you can always re-use the original trap so that it fits snug, make sure you give it a thorough clean though. Depending on the setup you have...

    Easy question...

ok, I see what you mean now. If you were attempting a tray replacement, these wooden beads would need to be removed first. Then the sealant and then the tray itself. I dont see why you'd need to mix a sand and cement screed again as this has probably already been done. However for knowledge, the...

    Easy question...

Glad you feel this way, however changing a shower tray isn't as easy as replacing a wash basin. Have a look at the tutorials on this website one page gives full details on how to install a shower cubicle. Feel free to browse through and conclude then whether the job is feasible...
