In my experience if there is a blockage it's usually on the chrome fixed pipe rather than the copper capillary tube between the PD switch and diverter. Don't start going down the PCB route I'd be 99.9% certain it won't cure the problem.

Just a possibility but with you saying that the F1 fault started after changing the valve could you of disturbed the connections to the zig ignitor, that is just to the left hand side of the diverter assembly. If it's original it will be a little black box with a screw holding it onto the casing

Is there a silver braided hose connecting the EV to the boiler as these are can quite often block up. Bit of a tip for you ......... let the air pressure out of the EV before removing the hose or sh*tty black water will spray out everywhere.
