Silicone seal around the base of the pan. Stops liquids from running under the pan. Also easier to remove pan when required by running a Stanley knife around the base breaking the seal. James.

Intergas do not use plate heat exchangers or diverter valves. Find a platinum installer (look on the Intergas UK website) and they should be able to offer an extra 3 years warranty on parts. James.
