May be end switch failed on 3 port valve so when calling for both it drives to mid position but when cyl stat satisfied won't make switch. For time being just turn cyl stat to max & blr stat lower

It is 24v & i have one assuming you want the 1/2" one

Just watched video & at no time did the dhw diode come on so it may be dhw flow switch not operating (i assume you had the hot tap running)

Have you got thermostatic rad valves? if so pin may be stuck so remove head & pull pin out. Sometimes valve may need a tap also to free valve seat

Very old boiler which doesn't have a pilot potentially very dangerous for anyone to mess with as it has a positive fanned flue so get some-one in or get rid

Is it pumping over? If so may be a blockage (if on a cross vented "h" system) but i am guessing as limited info posted

t/c lead o/h stat or gas valve all to be done by corgi reg eng

I fully expect my vaillant ecomax to last at least 15 years

If your heart is set on that particular stat then try phoning worcester otherwise just use any other stat

What with only 2 wires!! The digistat is a switch with an inbuilt relay operated by batteries so run a 2 core flex from room stat connection on boiler. If you are using a wireless digistat use 4 core live, neutral & as with hard wired

Does it say bs2767 on plastic top of valve? if not change them all as the rest will start leaking as well

Try ringing vokera but it would probably be better to fit a digistat instead

A common fault on these is the diverter valve. To test make sure htg is turned off & allow pipes to cool down turn on hot tap & feel 22mm pipes leaving boiler, If one of these is hot then you will probably have the earlier valve which will need changing as most of the blr performance will be...

Turn stat up or consider moving it

Is it a sealed system? have you pressurised boiler? what boiler is it? etc etc etc

Likely cause is incorrect gas valve pressures or thermisters out of range

If you have a plate heat ex then that is the culprit. If you have a dual pass main heat ex then that is faulty

Just use reducing olives & throw away the 15mm olives that come with valve

If you have got a thermostat change it to a programmable one if not put in a remote timer next to boiler. The 4 wires are live & neutral then the 2 switching wires

If i remember rightly the gas valve is causing ign boxes to fail so both should have being changed originally
