I presume you have access to the sub-floor? Take a torch and crawl around under the ground floor. If the leak is as big as it sounds, it should be easy to spot.

For what it's worth, I had the same problem two months ago. It was the Diverter valve motor that failed, easily replaced and £15 off Ebay.

Thanks for the reply Tony, I've already waggled it and got the leak to a minimum. Even on Ebay these valaves are £30 each!

It's not the joint, it's leaking just behind the red valve handle.

Hi all, can someone tell me the thread size of the fitting circled below? The isolation valve is leaking, and the cheapest quote I've had is £133 for a complete pack of 5 valves. I don't mind altering the pipework to suit, but I think that much money for one leaking isolation valve is a bit steep...
