    When your in the edit user screen you’ll be asked to assign what zones A through D each user can set and unset. If your saying the user cant currently select D then you haven’t chosen it to be possible in the user setup. You need to set each user with what zones you want them to be able to use

    You will need to delete the old input and relearn the new one. You’ll need the panel engineering code to be able to do this.

    Remove the battery and leave it out for a bit then put it in the right way. See if you can relearn the input. If all that fails then you’ve fried the board by reversing the polarities.

    If you program the input to have chime enabled you’ll get a chime on the panel each time. Make sure c is displayed on the panel Home Screen as well as programming the input. If it isn’t you can simply press c to enable this from the Home Screen

    Yup good example Deta say don’t mix and match even within brand. Mix and match fine when I’ve done it and all trigger and remain interoperable with other heat and smokes.
