What paper work, he placed sticker and signed and dated it and a tick on the book Thats it The sticker is from ideal lol... Does he have to commission the boiler again?

Omg...the weather compensator is 7 metres away from the boiler.

He only got a drill, roll of wire, some screwdrivers and electrical wire cutter thats it and loads of wire clips and used my hammer. It was twin wires that connect through a hole in the boiler on to the clearly marked weather compensation port...thats it

Gona take him out for a meal... My Nextdoor neighbour wants a new boiler now

Its about 7 metres away from the flue.

All done...took him 10 mins, 5 mins to clip the wire. Yes north facing outer wall; the boiler is also on the north facing wall(inside)

Plumber just called me asking if i wanted a weather compensation kit for my boiler cost me £27. He won't charge me to install it cos apparently it only take 5mins to install. He said it should save me money on my gas bill. Is it worth installing this kit? Plumber said it controls the flow...

He did mention that he will get installer points from ideal, which he exchanges for work clothing.
