Yup, you've got to inform for the childs sake. I've worked at peoples houses where I've thought things were not right with regards the children & wondered whether to report. It's difficult to know if you're making things worse, but I doubt it would, so follow your instincts & contact someone.

With Transco I used to get called to this type of scenario quite often. Builders suddenly 'discover' [yeah right] that the meter is going to be in the way & needs moving [we're not paying], so its either phoned in as a leak [in the hope a fiddle can be done], or an urgent reposition is needed...

Don't know the correct procedure, but I bet your local gypsy's wouldn't hang about getting it out!

My son is a bit of a BMX er. Kids love building jumps, great fun. But then they 'koff & leave the jump where ever. Quite often find one in the middle of our works car park on monday morning! So go and clear up that jump and get your nut back on before your leg falls off. [God, I am like my dad...

Oh yes, our first hol in wales about 5yrs ago was in Amroth. The tide must go out 25 miles [well!!] and its such a beautiful area. We have friends who grew up there, so we knew where to visit staight away, Barafundle, Bosherton, Stackpole, Manobier, all brill places and can't remember the beach...
