    Heatslave 20/25 Divertor Motor

Blimey that was FAST (3 minutes) for a reply. I would like to get a motor handy before the stripdown as it is not easily accessible. I have a motor (duff one) here from another 20/25 boiler but the info is just gobbledeygook to me. SYNCHRON 660 240V - 50Hz- 5W 38103L-82-130-204...

    Heatslave 20/25 Divertor Motor

Hi I have a Heatslave 20/25 (Oil) combi and the divertor valve is sticking. I have got hold of a replacement valve cartridge ready to do the job. Any ideas what Synchron Motor is used on this valve (VC Series Valve). I would like to get a spare motor just in case.

    Scantronic 9452 + Sonade 2000 Bellbox

Thanks for the idea Breezer :?:  Maybe 3 now as there are two rooms in the garage :P :P Mbe not though as I have underground pipework between the garage and the shed (shack) where I used to run VHF antenna coax (Ham Radio - GW0LDZ)

    Scantronic 9452 + Sonade 2000 Bellbox

Thanks guys you have been brilliant (again). I can now try and get the system running, but on the bench first I think  It's only for the garage/w'shop and another garden shed. Thanks again Bernard

    Scantronic 9452 + Sonade 2000 Bellbox

That's brilliant - thanks a lot. Maybe you can also tell me where the tamper loop starts/ends. The installation manual is not clear at all, it does not show the tamper loop connections. On the right hand side you have the 4 zone connectors and also three others. PA A/T and EE I assume...

    Scantronic 9452 + Sonade 2000 Bellbox

Can anyone help on this. I have a Santronic 9452 control panel and an ADE Sonade 2000 external Sounder/Strobe. How are they interconnected ? The Sonade 2000 has the connections T (Tamper Return) E (Tamper Feed) A (-ve supply 0V) D (+ve supply 12V) B (-Ve applied sounder trigger 0V)...

What diverter valve on Heatslave 20/25 Oil Combi

Anyone know what model of Honeywel valve is used for the diverter valve on the Worcester-Bosch Heatslave 20/25 Oil Combi. I think it may be the V4044 but may be wrong. My valve is passing, so I aim to try and clean it out but will get a spare just in case. Asking because I can start looking...

    Leylandii conifers

Best thing you can do is to get rid of them altogether. I just got rid of 10 of them at 40ft high at a cost of £1500.

    Heatslave (Oil) 20/25 Diverter

Thanks for all your replies. One thing though, when OILMAN said "Almost certainly the brass body only will be interchangeable from a mid pos valve! " did you mean that the mid position and the two position 3 port valve bodies are the same and just the actuator mechanism that differs ? ...

    Orange Staining

Iron content in the water ? Could be there anyway or if you have a steel header tank then the galv has failed. Very often no solution. What I do is make up a Bleach/Water mix of say 10:1 and use an old kitchen spray bottle (window cleaner etc) to spray the tiles weekly. Watch you don't spray...

    Heatslave (Oil) 20/25 Diverter

The valve, as you said, is a 3 port (no mid position) valve. Motorised in one direction and spring return I think. There is also a switch (micro ?) built into the valve that is used in the boiler circuitry. What I am trying to find out is whether someone like Drayton or Danfoss make an...

    Heatslave (Oil) 20/25 Diverter

Hi I have a Worcester Bosch Heatslave 20/25 (Oil) boilere and the diverter valve seems to be sticking (or passing) quite often. When selecting water only on the programmer the radiators heat up as well as the domestic water - bit of a pain in the summer months. I feel that the valve could...
