Hi i am about to fit a new cold water tank in loft but need to raise. I am going to build a frame out of 4x2 but will need to lay ply on top to distribute weight evenly. My questions are do i need to buy any particular type of ply and what thickness do i need?

pipes will be boxed so no probs there. Soil pipe runs inside a cupboard upstairs with no easy access.

cant beleive no one has an opinion on this or hasn't come across something similar before. Any pros out there who can help?please...............

Hi just wanted opinion in the change of pipework required to move toilet. At present pan connector goes 90 degrees into floor void then accross and straight into stack. Stack difficult to get to on first floor so to make any alterations would have to go through wall in kitchen to change...
