cheers charnwood.. what i did was gripped the iso valve from middle and tried to turn the nut on the left in the image..did applied quite a lot of force..but now luck.. will applying WD40 help? or do i need to cut the valve plastic pipe

well i tried to use the method given, but looks like plastic is absolutely gripper onto the iso valve, is there any other way?

Thanks, Ours is mains fed..so assuming iso fails what options will I be left with except whole house supply cut off at stop cock.. Do I need to buy spare iso I don't know which one is this

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I have posted some of the pics of the iso valve and way it is fitted into the cistern filling valve plastic thread. When i tried to unscrew the plastic end, it is moving the whole assembly along with the inlet pipes shown in third picture.
