    Flexi seals???

I've done that before. I got a 3 1/2" x 4" - 4" round the soil pipe - 3 1/2" straight on the pan con. Just remove the rubber from the pan con and tighten the jubilee flexi on to it. Worked ok for me :)

Choosing and planning a shower. Or how much in Swindon?

These are good showers with integral pumps. Got one in my house, works a treat. You need to have a 50 gallon cold water storage cistern for this, anything less and it will drain it in no time. With the hot supply not having an independant feed it might not be too much of a problem. I had to do...

noisy non return valve in crosswater shower valve

Sounds like a faulty non-return valve to me, swap them over as you said then see what happens. Did you give the pipework a good flush through before actually fitting the shower valve itself? possibly a bit of debris clogged up in it? any filters near the non-return valves?

Stone shower tray - suitable surface

How your waste pipe will run is the only way to determine how your tray is installed. If it will be above floor level, you need to install your tray raised on 4" x 2" with 12mm marine ply (just an example, thats how i do it) to allow fall on your waste pipe for the waste water to flow away...

Pipe sizing - fixed shower head

If the inlets are in 15mm, you won't gain anything by doing the outlet in 22mm. 15mm outlet to the shower head will be fine.

    Aqualisa Themostatic Unit Removal

Firstly, are there isolation valves on the pipework anywhere? If so turn them off. trace back the pipework and see if you can find some. You need to find out what model of Aqualisa valve it is before anyone can tell you how to take it apart. If you haven't got any instructions for it try...

    washing machine plumbing

As long as there is somewhere for the waste to drain to - and water supply pipes are there for it to connect to - you can have it far away from the sink as you like.

    check valves

I'd have the pipes chased into the wall, it would definetly be an eyesore coming from the floor even if it was chrome. If you're worried about the tiler cutting around the pipes (and possibly not looking very pretty) get some of these.

    Not Enough Pressure For Shower...?

If its high pressure you need, why don't you just install a pump to your exsisting shower valve instead of getting a new shower?

You can get your bulider to do it for you if you like, personally i would get an Aqualisa engineer to do it. He might be aslo be able to advise you on any other problems that might start to occur, now that things have started to go wrong with it.
