There are normally some filters in the two nuts of the shower valve. If you can isolate the water supply and undo these nuts (this will remove the shower valve completely) checks to see if they are clogged up with debris.

It's possible that you could have blocked filters on your shower if the flow to your taps are ok. What shower do you have?
