    Keeping legs crossed...

Is the stack also cast Iron. To change the Loo should take no more than a few hours. I always screw toilets down so they can be used staight away. But you will have to ask your plumber his intentions as a lot still bed them in cement on the ground floor if its a screeded floor of course.

is my hot water cylinder big enough?

Hi I doubt very much that your cylinder will be big enough to cope with 3 showers. But it all depends on the water output of the pump and how long you spend in the shower. An unvented system is good advice but expensive, or can you fit a larger conventional tank?

    new build

Hi I have been asked to fit heating system in a large house approx 20 25 rads. the customer does not want pipes coming up from the floor, he would like them coming up behind the plasterboard wall then out horizontally to the rad valves. Would it be ok to run the main pipe work in 22mm then...

    Cost for changing rad valves?

I would charge from £50 to £70 depending what the system looked like new old or one big problem waiting for me to touch it.

    Replacing old rads with modern

The standard domestic rad valve is 15mm so I dont see you having a problem changing radiators.

    New Toilet!

The level in the pan is set by the shape of the pan and the height of the ceramic pipe that the waste pipe fits onto. Your plumber can do nothing to control this height and you will be wasting his and your time by calling him out.
