rads all bled, valves all open too

have a 24i junior, hot water working fine but when heating called on a couple of rads get hot then boiler shuts down, flow within a metre of boiler very hot, after a metre and return just warm, any ideas greatly appreciated

Got a faulty switchmaster 3 port (big blue haed type) so replacing with honeywell, the old had 6 wires where new one only 5, in booklet it says it wont work if programmer has not got hw off which it hasnt as it a big old clock type, i ahve read on here about linking over the old red and orange...

Cheers for that, so pretty much just as s plan? thought it may have been a bit more complicated due to the 2 room stats, so would i wire in first stat as a stat then second as cyl stat?
