And it gets worse. I've just realised that I have been sent cloud links for the PWA. These could be tampered with so I believe there is a risk of spoilation of the data. The PWA may not even be valid for the one adjoining owner it has been served on!

Unlike building regulations, I do know my way around GDPR. I am sure this is just him being lazy and not documenting the file with photos. I've stated I cannot accept or pay the award without the photos. As I do not have a paper copy of them, how can I start the work?

And in an even more bizarre turn of events, my own surveyor is refusing to share the photos the schedule of condition citing GDPR. Is this normal? This is for the neighbour that I agree the party wall for, is this normal??
