    Sounds like water is getting through some where on the roof. Did they use that thin shed felt or the torch on because in my opinion the shed felt is useless and the torch on while being about twice as much in cost is far far better.

    Slide out the panel and put a threaded bolt through from the panel side then slide the panel back down. If you use a m10 bolt its head will only be a few mm proud so the panel should slide down ok when you are done.

    They sit kinda proud of the post so there's gonna be a gap between the fixing post and the concrete post. Have you used them to hang gates before?
