    Brakes sticking on my Terrano

Burnerman yes 20 minutes of normal driving. I haven't yet determined for sure if both sides or just one are sticking, however the car doesn't seem to be pulling over to either side. What's the chances of both hoses being bad? I guess to check the hoses I just need to stop and have a look/feel...

Taxes, first of all thanks for your concise reply, it is much apprecaited. Out of 8 loops down stairs all apart from two were heating. Following my flushing a different two did not heat leading me to believe we have a variable in the system which can only be junk. Yes the flow meters are...

    New (ish) roof leaking

Yes that's what i thought to be honest re building control. I realized they were a waste of time during the build when the only thing they seemed interested in was ultra deep foundations!!! Apart from that they didn't seem to give a flying F%$# Anyway he came and to his credit attempted to...

    New (ish) roof leaking

Well the Mrs had the builder round, thought it best if she did it while i was away otherwise it would have ended up in a shouting match. Anyway he was not responsive at all with regards the roof. He spotted some pointing under the upstairs window which he thinks is the cause of the...

    New (ish) roof leaking

Thanks for that Scottish Slater, although the look we were after was a "slate affect" I've just been looking at the specs for my tile and it states a 5'' headlap at 17.5 degrees. What will be required to achieve this? Cheers

    New (ish) roof leaking

Okay found the tile. http://www.forticrete.co.uk/products/141/hardrow-solos.html The main reason this tile was chosen was its suitability for 17.5 degrees. Thanks again for all the comments, keep them coming

    New (ish) roof leaking

SRE thanks for your comments, "double lat slates laid with a single lap" can you elaborate please and offer your thoughts on the correct way to fix it? Yes the flashing is at a side abutment to a wall, i don't think their is a secret gutter or soaker under it. It looks fairly neat however if...

    New (ish) roof leaking

Well the leak is bizarre the only explanation i could come up with is that it is getting under the flashing. The flashing is below where i am standing to take the picture. What are the long term affects of water on the felt though? Am i right in saying it is not really designed to get wet and...
