Really appreciate your feedback on this. Thing is we love the apartment but the cold chill from the floor drives me balmy. Don’t mind paying out for the best product if it fixes the problem.

I have kind of fixed/bodged the toilet back together. New diaphragm fitted. tried using just the one of the black rubber washers (instead of red one in kit) but still leaking. Squashed the 2 black black washers back in there and done the trick for now

A little harsh. I have always been very appreciative in the past on my other threads I have been fighting with the toilet whilst getting moaned at by the other half for leaving the toilet in bits and posting on the website via my phone. Comments from all are always very much appreciated.

Is the washer the right way up in this pic ? The black washers you mention to place between the chamber and the inlet don't look like the right size :-( can I get a replacement? The red one in the kit the wrong type I guess?

At the bottom of the pic are the bits I took off. At the top are the pieces in a kit from screw fix. The 2 black washers on the bottom right were from a previous bad attempt to fix
