I feel that FENSA is mis-advertised by itself & all the trading standards/watchdog type programs. They make it sound like the CORGI (gassafe etc) of windows! No offence, what is their re-mit?

FENSA are not interested in complaints & just side with the fitter/supplier. Had experience of this & believe everyone should use recommendation before FENSA certified!

It's more than likely caused by capacitive coupling from a live wire or a neon light switch surround!

I would also check the pipe going to the pressure (water level) switch. My beko has simialr behaviour & found that it had rubbed a hole in the pipe.

:lol: Now fixed! It was the pipe from the drum to the pressure switch. It had rubbed a hole in itself against the drum. Replaced with a similar pipe from the old washing machine that I stripped. Hopefully this post will be of use to others with same issue!

How did you prepare the walls? The paint is only as good as the surface it is attached to. Nicotine, grease isn't a good surface. Sugar soap does miracles but its too late for you!
