    The pump impellor cover is in the sump held in with a torx 20 screw. If the covers not there ie the impellor is visible it will not drain.

    You can of course prise and slide the mains cable cover off, the suppressor will be attached.

    There are two catches on the back of the lid that need pushing upwards then at the same time take the lid off. If you take off the lower kick plate, one t20 screw each side , the right hand side panel needs to come off. The suppressor pulls off and will look blackened if it's failed.

    The main power board on your machine is bottom back right, the mains lead plugs straight into it. That model is more likely to have a faulty heat pump. You would need a meter to test the element.
