The flow and return was put right when the engineer spotted it when the system was flushed. As you say more like 10 annual safety checks. What has likely happened to the boiler after back filling with water via the condensate pipe.

    Worcester Greenstar 18Ri

It was installed in 2009 without an air break by eaga. I have unblocked the drain taking the water away, if it's fixable will get the air break fitted. It's had 10 annual services and no one has ever checked the condensate pipe. Also it was installed with the flow and return round the wrong way...

    Zanussi ZWN6120L

Be sure you can get the remains of the old bearing off the shaft, might need an angle grinder. Don't want to put a downer on your efforts but a new shaft would be recommended which comes with the drum and is very expensive.

    Zanussi ZWN6120L

Screw the pulley bolt fully back onto the shaft and either knock the drum out of the rear half or drop it...

Have a close look at the selector switch, the part with all the wires on, they tend to melt on those ovens.

Dish washer not working + build up of black fungus grime

SE65E330GB/56 is the number I wanted, the Dishwasher was made in June 2005, most likely cause of not heating on this Model is a dry joint on the heater relay on the pcb inside the door. You would need to remove decor panel and door inner to access pcb.

    Bosch Dishwasher FD7201 Solenoid valve

Indeed the FD number indicates the dishwasher was made in Jan. 1992. Do you have an Enr / model number. If you manually fill it to the bottom of the salt cap which is the normal level see if the wash pump is pumping ok, making the spray arms spin.
