    Worcester 40 CDi - Fault

WB do service booklets for the CDi range old and new, you can either download them from their website or order them from WB literature line. I will dig out the part numbers for you when I get minute as without them you are liable to end up with a set of instructions for danesmoor 18/25. I...

    Worcester 40 CDi - Fault

That symbol is the syphon-fill Tony. When the boiler fires from new it first goes through an 8 minute air purge as there is no AAV on the heat exchanger. This is a one time only function however it can be turned on in service mode if required. After that the boiler then goes into syphon-fill...

    Worcester 40 CDi - Fault

The fault you are describing is the gradiant limitation kicking in, boiler flow temp is rising to quickly. How is your system set up? is the heating split into zones? is it two or three port zone valves that are used? Is there a system by-pass fitted?

Please Help! Worcester Bosch Greenstar Cdi not working

    Which Combi to install?

If your gas pipe is 15mm it will need upgraded regardless a 15mm supply will not do a 24KW boiler. 5-7 years  A well installed, well maintained combi (even a cheaper brand) will last for 10-15 years no problem. Yer man sounds like a right cowboy by the way. Like Tony said ask 10...

How to re-prime Worcester Danesmoor 20/25 oil system?

Regardless of the solenoid being faulty the pump should still pull oil in and you should have been able to bleed it no problem. The pump builds fuel pressure before the solenoid opens so should still have bled. If the motors turning sounds like the pumps goosed or it may be completly dry in...

    worcester 440cdi constantly on

Yep blue light is the power indicator. If the boiler is running with no call for heat it may be replenishing the heat store, it shouldn't be on for too long though. A few minutes or 5-10 if hot water had been drawn.

How to re-prime Worcester Danesmoor 20/25 oil system?

A tiger loop is a deaeration device, you are right in that the oil pump is what lifts the oil. When the pump switches off the theory is that the oil will flow back to the tank allowing air into the system which the tiger loop ten eliminates. I dont fit them, I prefer to fit a NRV although...
