Then once store temp drops heating pump goes off again and boiler & boiler pump come back on there definatly was no relay on it.
Behind this electric fire was a working gas BBU with the draught diverter sealed with an aluminium plate and closure plate tape and the gas pipe for the fire squashed & soldered. I will post the rest of the pics once I've sent them to eye spy (hoping to get a pipe tube for them lol)

42CDi has a square WB5 heat exchanger the round WB3 heat exchanger is found on cheaper models like the Si, i Junior and Ri.
Gas pipework is undersized but the boiler should still work fine with 15mbar inlet pressure just not give full performance.

Spend the extra cash and get the 27CDi far better boier. It's fully condensing in hot water mode and comes with a fully modulating pump these two features are worth a saving of roughly £50 per year on gas and electric so it will repay the extra outlay in 3 years.
