We had one of these in our house when we moved in, Boilermate 2000 as far as I can remember heating pump can't come on until the store is up to temp. Then once store temp drops heating pump goes off again and boiler & boiler pump come back on there definatly was no relay on it.

No, it's a fully modulating boiler which means it automatically adjusts heat output to suit system load.

Spend the extra cash and get the 27CDi far better boier. It's fully condensing in hot water mode and comes with a fully modulating pump these two features are worth a saving of roughly £50 per year on gas and electric so it will repay the extra outlay in 3 years. The CDi series are also...
