Are you installing the boiler yourself ?

I cant guarantee this is the problem, might be a good idea to get a second opinion, have a look here for the capacitor (if its needed) Does Honeywell Home provide a snubber capacitor for the V4073 3 way valve?

Honeywell 3 port valves have a problem with some boilers that have pump overrun built into their pcb, a snubber capacitor can be fitted between the neutral and orange wires but it has to be done before the valve pcb is damaged, it could be something else but as you have already changed the valve...

What boiler do you have ? worcester ri by any chance ?

Pretty sure the valves are under the boiler, I have circle one and the other one should be to the side of it.

Try running it on max and see if it improves the reheat time of the cylinder.

What temp are you running the boiler at ? thats a cylinder stat.

Might be air as you have just topped up the boiler, there is a vent inside the casing but I dont advise you to take the cover off.

I am guessing its a worcester 24i ? can you pinpoint the fault from this chart ?
