    Conservatory Ceiling

I think ufh would be a waste of time. Technically br don't allow you to tap off the main heating but who's to know . a fan heater may be adequate .

There are a lot of abuse victims who may disagree with you on that. School should be about education not brainwashing or fairy tales.

How do I fill around these sockets?

What is the wall construction? If it's hollow you may need to screw some batten onto the back of the pb in the bigger holes and then pb on top of the batten, then filler. You should be able to make it pretty much invisible, but be careful of cables and that mystery cable in the back box is a...

    Sticky Cold Lay Tar

it was whacked mostly (larger area) and I guess a tamper along a thin strip too small for the whacker. Wasn't really ideal but needed to blend in with the existing access at the bottom of the drive. thankfully it's probably not likely it will be driven on very much.

Fitting aerial socket into a solid wall...

That box would be fine though you would need one upstairs too, are you saying you don't use the aerial at all downstairs? Or you want to move the talk talk box upstairs? To provide a terrestrial signal to both rooms you could do what you planned and run a cable from the same box upstairs, or...

How do I fill around these sockets?

Looking again is there a cable in the back box that goes vertical? If so you can't cover that box as it creates a safe zone thought its pretty much next to the double socket safe zone (at the moment)

FENSA and why it is needed

What happened before fensa? AFAIK it was brought in because there was no control of efficiency with replacement windows. In other words its to provide a paper trail for energy use obligations etc.

How do I fill around these sockets?

A bit of plasterboard and polyfilla should do. Bit rough them leaving it like that. Is the back box empty? If so pack it out with wood or pb then a bit of pb on top and fill then sand. It may be easier to square off the gaps then pb and filler but watch for cables

    Sticky Cold Lay Tar

Had our drive block paved, there is a small section which was originally tarmac which has been extended slightly with cold lay tar. To prevent the tar getting onto the new blocks I've put some ply over it for now but I believe it can take a while for the tar to set fully. The guys suggested...

    paint removal disc grinder?

I wondered about a jet wash too, I've used mine to clean decking ok. Just don't get too close as it will splinter the wood.

Fitting aerial socket into a solid wall...

Not really sure what that means but if I were you I wouldn't use trunking but assuming it's an external wall, run the cable on the outside instead.
