i would normally allow half a day for two for power flushing on a average three or four bed house which would normally have between eight and nine rads labour and new fernox etc isnt that cheap would of said between 500 and 1000 was about right but 400 does sound cheap but they could be short of...

hi it could be a number if things if your mixer tap has a thermostatic control that could be faulty it could also be badly plumbed or you could have a small storage tank in the roof and running out of hot water things to consider : storage tank to small thermostatic valve not working...

baxi 80 e no hot water 99% sure the diafram is gone the pin is not coming out and hitting the micro switch how would i go about changing it do i have to drain the whole system or is there a short cut hope you can help i am a corgi plumber but main deal with vaillant and i just in stall them
