    sounds like the expansion pipe has not been moved with the boiler/pump and is probably pumping over all the time. check to see if the ex pipe is before or after ther pump. Also, constant hot water in header tank could soften /loosen plastic fitting on tank so beware of leaks if this does not...

    working blind, no instructions and even diagram on underside panel torn/missing. getting 240v live and switch live at boiler, 240v either side of oheat stat, i think it requires new pcb, anyone else?

    it could be the pump if it does not have a plate heat exchanger, cant remember if this model has a twin pass ex, if it has ,most of these types only use the pump on ch, any idea dave?

    try cleaning the venturis, these are on the fan area and are connected to the air pressure switch by the silicone tubes, even the slightest bit of dirt in these metal tubes prevents the switch from being made. you may have to slide the fan assy out to get to these.

    yep, take the black lever off with pozi screwdriver and turn internal part with pair of pump grip pliers, let us know how you get on mate

    try underneath the boiler, the black knob with close and open, once you fill it up it should run, the low water pressure switch is keeping it shut off at the moment

    there must be another lever or tap to turn either at the boiler or on other end of the filling loop

    you need to look for a flexi pipe which is the filling loop and turn the black lever or levers on it in line with the pipe and watch the gauge rise to 1.5 then turn it off

    just changing the code plug on the pcb to a 40 would have solved this without changing the boiler methinks
