sounds like explosive ign...... 1st thing i would be checkin is that gas pressures are correctly,(not a job for a diyer) then look at flue to make sure it is installed correctly..... if it is new - get ur installer back or get vokera out to check it

I would be looking at your Ch sensor, easy to test if ur a spark!

in my opinion i would go with Solution C aslong as the pipe going into the stack is correctly pipe sized, and would be worth while fitting anti siphon traps at the bidet and basin. Solution B - would possible cause induced siphonage Solution A - would prob work but when Wc is flushed there...

120 quid - wish i knew of trades that would work for that for a weekend, hard to find a trade that will work for that on one day!

Wot kind of boiler you have? Are you sure it aint letting some water out of blow off pipe outside? Possible faults is that your expansion vessel needs recharged, you may a have a small leak in your CH system somewhere also, and if your pressure gauge is reading 4 and not letting...

Check the feeder tank in loft to make sure it is full of water...(to make sure float valve isnt jammed) Sounds like a possible pump......ie water not circulating

i have only worked on a couple of these...........one of the faults was similar to yours and it was the red and black ign pcb...........but couldnt possibly be sure on here.........another fault was the thermostat which also made the boiler do absolutly nothing at all.

is it red and black?

have you tryed linking out timeclock /roomstat?

sounds like ur 3 port valve is passing!

not sure , never worked on one of these.......should tell you in instructions! Seen similar fault on other makes not alot of things it can be.

dhw sensor?

if the old filling loop was letting by then first thing i would look at is the prv. it prob aint reset after all it has had a constant flow of water through it from the old filling loop.

just on ch or on hw aswell?? how long does it run for? do u have to rest boiler ? or does it come back on after a while?

link out the time clock find the 2 orange wires from timeclock to main pcb and link them together. ravenheat timeclocks arent the most reliable
