Could this be anything to do with the overheat prob if it wasn't pressurised enough before? Or is that just the Baxi Solo PCB being rubbish? The board was only replaced a year ago.

There is a caleffi bar pressure cylinder thing next to the hot water cylinder. I maybe a woman and sometimes a little dizzy but there is defintely no other tank! Thanks

Yes skylights, that is what I meant! There is always the possibility of chasing out part of the exterior wall so it pretrudes less and therefore after plasterboard has been put on etc, it won't show. Access would still be a problem though....
